One time I went camping... and there was a bear...and a guy that got struck by lightening... and I ate a big steak.... It was called the old 96er...or something...
when the Morton's opened in Vancouver, I think I was their three times in the first week.
On the first night, I found some plastic in my mashed potatoes, so as an apology they put me on the VIP list for a while.
I had a private line to call in for reservations, the sent me CD's on my birthday, they knew what I liked to drink before the meal, and it arrived without me having to ask for it, they had complementary tray of after dinner drinks... it was nice.
I miss that place.
Morton's is amazing, we have one here in Hartford. They are fucking expensive though. But well worth it, if you like damn good food. If I was taking a chick out that I really liked to a Hartford AHL game, we'd go there after for dinner.
Morton's is spectacular. Back when I worked at a country club, I guess they got paid to set up shop and hand out steak at the turn for the entire day. Safe to say it was the best Monday Outting ever.
