Def a sad Day for Raider Nation, as much as I was getting to the point of loathing Al's death grip on the team, he was none the less a legend and all he did for football wont be forgotten any time soon!

Al was an iconic figure in the NFL - it will be weird not seeing him in his booth week after week. Hopefully Oakland can win one for him tomorrow.

If you ever watch any documentaries about the AFL, you'll have a new found respect for Al Davis. He wasn't afraid to stand toe to toe with the NFL and football is better as a result of him.
