DeAndre Baker was a 3 star recruit, and now he's a first team all American corner and likely a first round draft pick. Trenton Thompson was a top 5 player in the country(obviously a 5 star), he went undrafted last season and didn't even stick as a UDFA. If you don't develop the talent, you're not gonna go very far.

Mark Ingram was a 3 star too. I didn't even think we had a chance in 2009 after losing Coffee, but then Ingram shows out.

Levi Wallace was a walkon at Alabama, started last year. Went undrafted but signed to the Bills practice squad, before recently being called up and last I saw was a full time starter for them.
