I wouldn't be surprised if the vast majority of people ripping on Matthew are more upset at his vocal support of Trump rather than appearing on The Tonight Show with Fallon. At the end of the day though, who wouldn't want him on the team they support?

I wouldn't be surprised if the vast majority of people ripping on Matthew are more upset at his vocal support of Trump rather than appearing on The Tonight Show with Fallon. At the end of the day though, who wouldn't want him on the team they support?

I think the comment about how that was the biggest game of his career when less than 12 months ago he played a game 7 in the cup final was pretty misguided. No exhibition game is ever more important than the cup. Ever.

And I will always criticize him for the staged fight where he hurt himself (and his team) and likely won't play again this season.



But yeah, I'd kill to have him on my team.

I am hoping the rumor holds true if he is on LTIR the rest of the season and they are looking at Karlsson.
If this happens I will become a fan of Matt's for staging a stupid fight so this could happen.

Nope...The Penguins are in full tank mode this season and next. They will win the first overall next season for McKenna and then use the other 1st round pick in a deal for Bedard.
