It's bad enough we have to try and beat a team that's better than us(especially how we're playing)

But to have to put up with egregious one sided officiating is ridiculous

I have no idea how that first goal counted.

The official call was the net had not been lifted off the pegs before the puck crossed the goal line.

I mean, the official call could have been that the puck wasn't played with a high stick prior to the puck crossing the goal line, but that would be just as irrelevant. That puck was kicked in. Did his skate leave the ice? No. Was it an attempt to propel (to drive or push in a particular direction) the puck, even though it didn't end up going the way the Star player intended? Abso-goddamn-lutely.

Here's the thing. I have no issue with players playing the puck with their feet, and would in fact not mind a rule change that made this sort of goal legal. The purpose of the rule is to protect goalies from taking skates to the chest - this wasn't a dangerous play in any way shape or form - but you call the rule the way it is written. This was a clear kick, even if not a dangerous one, and nobody played the puck with their stick between the kick and the puck crossing the goal line. If I were a Wild fan I'd be LIVID. Hell, I'm not a Wild fan and I'm still lowercase livid.
