If Mike Williams and Corey Davis were both there and we passed on them i might throw up.

THANK YOU!!!!!

I was going to say.... before I read the first post.. I see us passing on Michael Williams and he is there at 14?????

Uber BS. I'd be pissed.

I would rather trade up to 10 if needed and trade Jordan Matthews to get Mike Williams. If he falls to 14, 30 seconds better not run off that clock. Just saying.

I like the idea BPA on defense in 1st round. Mixon in 2nd? Goodwin WR in 3rd? Go defense the rest of the way? Forgot, but maybe a TE might be a good idea, especially when this is a good draft for one?

Not after drafting Wentz last year. We need to focus on offense, getting Wentz as much time to get in grove with players, and then build defense far more in 2018. We are not making a SB run. But this is likely the last time for awhile that we draft above 20. As wings said, plenty of CB's to get a quality one later. We need to get a true quality WR, a mid round RB and CB in between. 2018 can be all about defense

But you pair alshon with mike Williams.... we would have the most physical starting WR's in the league. Throw in a burner in there, and we are set. Wentz can start developing, and it's all defense and maybe a RB, along with OL depth in 2018.

How did that work for Bortles? He has a young stud WR, but no defense. Completely regressed from the year before.

This draft is loaded with defensive talent. The 2017 draft. Right in front of us. A team in dire need of defensive talent, and we're going to punt until next year? Fuck that.

Bortles regressed because he didn't put in the off-season work to get better. He came off of a good season in '15 and thought he could rest on that. Jags have a lot of talent on defense - Gus wasn't a very good coach and team quit on him after the first 5-6 games last year. I wouldn't be surprised to see them make a big leap on that side of the ball with a more firm hand calling the shots to get more out of them.

This draft should not be focusing on anything in particular - the overall talent level on both sides of the ball needs upgrades. We all have our favorites and who we'd like to see them end up with, and you can make a valid argument for many guys at 14, but this draft has to be about taking the best players regardless of position, regardless of round.

There are a ton of good cbs in this draft.... there are not a ton to bunch of Corey Davis or Mike Williams in any draft. We have a couple WRs on 1 year contracts so I would say absolutely Wr is a top priority. They aren't resigning Jordan Matthews he may even get traded on draft day.

If that jags defense really does improve you'll see a better Bortles as well.

I'd rather have a couple offensive players over the small linebackers in the first. It's still about overall talent in the end.

Here is my final. Not much of a difference, since this draft is loaded, but there are so many players with issues. Again, I am most concerned about getting as many of the top 32 players picked rather than who picks them, or what order they're picked.
