Oklahoma Sooners new uniforms

This used to be a scenario where fans of certain teams (like the ones you listed) could point and laugh at some other school changing their "classic" uniform for something new like that. I no longer feel comfortable doing that because even though I think there would be a mob outside Memorial Stadium if that happened in Lincoln, I would have thought the same thing would happen down in Norman.

Yeah, I try not to do too much of that either (although I do like pick on Oregon every now and then). I feel fairly comfortable that USC won't change anything because a few years ago there was a new uni rolled out as a 1 game possibility and Trojans everywhere lost our everlovin' minds.

Practically crashed the phone system and filled up everyone's e-mail boxes with complaints.

But you never know. As soon as I say USC would NEVER change, they'd announce a change.

Right there in your avatar with the gloves - that wasn't part of the old traditional uniform. Nike and Oregon changed the CFB landscape - and the kids love it.

I love classic looks. I've hated every alternative uniform Nebraska has worn EXCEPT the all white uniforms we used against Colorado...because they were still classic all white.

I saw some very similar Bama uni protos at wifeys work on Nike campus.

They had me convinced we would eventually see them.

All Crimson unis.... Pants, jersey, helmet, socks. I liked the Bama ones
