Gotta have coaches that can tap into the phsycology of kids and not just know X's and O's.....
I'm convinced any school bus driver that has more then 2 years of service is a qualified child psychologist......They can get 50 plus kids to act right, but a coach of a NFL team can't do it........Hiliarious.
