McRoberts -> Miami. Rugged, underrated power forward... And in the real story, Good news for #LeBron who doesn't like having to guard fours.

Bosh isn't a max player, there.

Same old argument...
He's not a top 10-15 player, but that doesn't matter when you have a salary cap and a max amount a player can earn.

It isn't like baseball when ones true value can be separated by top salary.

Well just like Amare. He is making $23 mil, definitely not worth it

Almost 8 mil/year...woah!

Actually average of less than 6/yr.

Anyway, he's the best 'center' of the Big 3 era...and probably the best 'big' that we could have afforded to sign.

How can you compare a healthy, in his prime, current annual all star to Amare?

Bosh is very talented...but in a unique way for his size.

How does that mean he's leaving?
I said SOMEBODY. It's almost like they are pushing Bosh out of the door by signing Mcroberts to that contract. I mean I'm pretty sure that they could get somebody more valuable than Mcbob for that. The plot thickens....

The average player in the NBA makes around 5.5 million. McRambis is a solid role player and will give them a bruiser off the bench who can rebound, pass and score a little. He's also an under-rated defender and can guard PF's, something James didn't like doing.

$6 mil a year for a role player that averages 8/4/4. It's not that I dislike McRoberts, but if you have limited funds to build a team around 3 players, that is a lot of money to spend on a solid but unspectacular role player. And using the MLE makes the Heat hard-capped for 2014/15.

He's a bruiser, and he gives alot of effort, I'll give him that..but other than that, I don't really see him as that big a contributor

Prediction: The Heat will soon be welcoming Caron Butler back, a player we sure could have used last post season, and wanted to be here.

He's a solid role player. Role players usually get around that just look at meeks, Bradley, and diaw. Pretty sure they couldn't get him for less.
