I mean literally no one is more over it gets a bigger pop than Fiend right now. It’s not even close. So it’s weird to see him called a heel, even though that’s what he’s designed to be.

That is why I use the term "pop culture". He is being designed as a heel but the pops are off the charts.

I kinda hope they stay in NXT though. They tend to screw up all the hot stars once they get to the "main" roster. For example, Ricochet has stagnated and Aleister Black is locked in a damn closet.

Follow-up, slightly off topic, question...Why does WWE continue to insist that they don't hate Johnny Gargano? If they truly didn't hate him, they wouldn't have jobbed him out like a chump at TakeOver XXV. They also would've had him go over Andrade at TO: Philly (That result chaps my ass so much I still haven't watched that match). No one, to my knowledge, in NXT history has ever lost in their first title defense. Except Gargano.

I'm not even a Gargano fan and even I can see this.

WWE needs to call Lee up simply because tey don't have enough main eventers right now.

Part of that is some god awful short term story telling, but jeezus. you just have Mysterio and Daniel Bryan get title shots at major PPVs.
