Even though S. Carolina was establiblished long before USC, the Cocks reverted back to a college and then back to a university, before & after the turn of the 20th century, while USC was being established.

I don't know why the cocks don't just use "SCU" (fuck Santa Clara University).

The trademark Cal-Barkley holds is for a logo with an interlocking S and C (which interlocks differently anyway and should not be an issue). They keep trying to sue us because they are butt hurt that we are the champions of the USC name rivalry in football. They aren't over it yet, and it's been 25+ years since that ass whipping we gave them.
I think they're also pissed that we inaugurated their new basketball arena a couple years ago by beating them there and sent them home from the new place all sad and depressed and longing for Black Wings to carry them away to the Pits of Deathly Hell.
