Some info on rock cartwright not really used as a running back but more of a special team guy!!

If Cartwright (32 years old, 5-7, 223 lbs.) is supposed to be Anthony Dixon’s main competition for the big, short-yardage back, Dixon got off easy. Cartwright’s scored six rushing TDs in his career – four in 2003, two in 2005. His last two seasons on the Raiders he got eleven rushing attempts.

No Lloyd??

Lloyd and Schilens visited yesterday. Neither left with a contract. Lloyd is now expected to talk to NE. It is looking like Manningham or bust a miracle on Mike Wallace at this point. Someone else is going to overpay Eddie Royal.

Eric Winston - T - Texans

The Miami Herald reports free agent Eric Winston is looking to become the "highest-paid right tackle in the NFL."
That could winnow his list of suitors considerably, but still only 28 and coming off another big season, it's not an unachievable goal. He's set to meet with the Ravens, Rams, Chiefs and Lions after visiting the Dolphins on Wednesday.

Chris Chamberlain - LB - Rams

The Saints are interested in free agent WLB Chris Chamberlain.
The Saints are casting a wide net in their search for linebacker help. Chamberlain played for new Saints DC Steve Spagnuolo the past three years in St. Louis.

Brady Quinn - QB - Broncos

Free agent QB Brady Quinn will visit the Jets on Friday.
We're starting to see the real cost of the Mark Sanchez "apology" extension. The Jets' hands are now tied in bringing in a legitimate insurance policy as the top backup. Instead, they're courting third-string types such as Quinn and Drew Stanton.

Trevor Scott - DL - Raiders

Free agent DE/OLB Trevor Scott will visit the Patriots.
Scott played just 251 snaps for the Raiders last season, and graded out as one of the worst defensive ends in the league by Pro Football Focus. He'd be a pass-rushing specialist if he ended up in New England.

Kendall Langford - DL - Dolphins

The Packers have joined the list of teams interested in free agent DL Kendall Langford.
Langford's agent says the Packers have "inquired" about the free agent, but no visit is scheduled yet. It would do against GM Ted Thompson's grain to engage in a bidding war. Langford has a tentative visit scheduled with the Rams, but only if he gets out of the Queen City after being wined and dined by the Bengals.

Alan Ball - DB - Cowboys

The Vikings are interested in free agent CB Alan Ball.
Ball played 498 snaps for one of the league's worst secondaries last season, struggling mightily in coverage. He made just two starts. Even though the Vikings are in dire need of help at cornerback, Ball wouldn't be a starter if signed.

I didn't hear about Lloyd leaving thanks. Manningham just seems like a #2 to me I can only pray for Wallace now

Mike Wallace - WR - Steelers

ESPN's Adam Schefter suggested on NFL Live Thursday that no teams are going to make a move on restricted free agent Mike Wallace "unless circumstances change."
"Nobody's made a move," said Schefter. "Teams have debated it, but they're shying away from it right now." For cap reasons, former salary cap official and current CBS analyst Pat Kirwin believes teams will continue to shy away from Wallace until the NFL Draft draws near in April.
