Odds to win the 2013/14 Stanley Cup

I take Vegas odds with a grain of salt because they are based on money not performance but I don't see any reason why the Hawks can't repeat next year.

I don't think they will win the Stanley cup, but I wouldn't be shocked to see the Panthers in the playoffs if their goalies step it up.

As unlikely as Florida is to win the Cup next year, 100:1 is very good value for that team.

Same for Phoenix to a lesser extent at 50:1.

The lack of popularity of those 2 teams obviously helps a bit. Same for Tampa. Not favourites by any means but I'd give them better than average odds of winning it all.

I like the Caps odds... a full training camp with Oates will go a long way... IMO.

Kinda depends on who sticks around. I wasn't very high on Erat coming in at his price. So many young D-men this year could be a lot better with some experience under their belt.

Tough to say for the Caps. No idea what next year will bring, but I feel like a big move/shake up needs to be made.

My Bruins have a very good chance if they get more consistent in their puck-handling.

Last year they made Rask work too hard with all the turnovers, but almost won it all
anyway. If I bet on sports at all I'd find 9-1 on them very tempting. I'm definitely going with
them in v/cash bets in individual games this year.
