Yes Todd slow start . We got Drouin back and he was invisible out there, same thing with Johnson. We got just enough power plays to get back in the game.

Got Drouin back and as usual he did absolutely not a thing for the Bolts. Not even a decoy! A minus 2 rating and 1, maybe 2 SOG, PAAAAAAAAATHETIC! What a waste of a draft pick. Sure would have loved Seth against those Rangers! I'm not certain about Drouin's contract, but maybe Drouin is the key to signing Stamkos? Get rid of Drouin and sign Stamkos a bit closer to what he wants. The 2 sides are too far apart currently and in my honest opinion I really don't think Stamkos is worth what he wants. But if they can get a little closer, maybe a sure sign! Drouin, like The Chief, career AHL'ers!

Just a side note, even when Stamkos is in a slump 2 players on the opposing side cover him just in case the slump ends, much like Vinny.

Contract or injury, I really don't know. It seems to me he hasn't been the same since his injury. All I know is he had/has the talent, he needs to get more creative though. The one timer from pass to the wheelhouse is really being defensed well by opposing teams and when he's used in the shootouts he is absolutely pathetic and predictable!
