if not head coach then both bowness and brown to be replaced. PP is as brutal as it has even been (brown) and our defense is not exactly finding a groove (bowness correct?)

Coach can only do so much with the players he has at his disposal. Gillis deserves some heat for several moves that have not panned out as well as not resolving the Luongo/Schneider situation.

I think the loss of Kesler is the biggest problem. It's so difficult to find centers. The Goalie market seems to have dried up. Flordia is out of it. Tampa gave up a lot for Lindback & he hasn't panned out. Tampa's season is on life support. Toronto has two quality goalies at the moment. Who the heck is Gillis going to trade Luongo too?
