At the Dallara HQ; Parma, Italy
I took a tour of the Dallara facility in Indy late last year. They are building one of these in that plant as well (Sorry: I was only allowed to take pictures in the lobby/display area, not on the shop floor
). The tour guide claimed that, once complete, it will be the latest of only three in the world, with Ferarri owning the 3rd.
