I'm not referring to the Mitchell report, when at least half the legue was suspected. I'm talking about when murmurs of usage first began. Guys started looking like Arnold and the Rangers seemed to employ about 10 or 12 of those guys on their roster back then.

I remember reading an article in the Sporting Green about Ruben Sierra packing on muscle while with the A's. Maybe he learned growth techniques during his time with the Rangers.
