His big suspension for cheating in college gets the attention of teams as well. Part of me thinks because teams have not been able to meet with these players face to face like usual that some of the red flag injury and off field guys will fall further than some think.

Idk what "cheating" he was involved in, but yes, that character issue will knock him down some boards...Reminds me a little bit of Alec Olgetree out of UGA...talented player with a lot of speed at LB...a series of character issues pushed him down to the bottom of the 1st round.

Yeah he's had plenty of issues. Punched a teammate (the starting QB) in the face as well. But it's not just off the field...his athleticism is crazy but not everything. I agree, this virtual draft and epidemic isn't helping him or players that are in the same boat as him.

He and another player had a "tutor" that was helping them cheat in classes from what I understand. I'm not sure on all of the details but he was suspended for I think 8 games because of it.

He also punched a teammate at one point that also got him in some trouble. So for me personally I wouldn't take him in the 2nd. I would think about it quite a bit in the 3rd but he is a pretty darn raw prospect. There are other LB's that have a much higher floor and a similar ceiling to him so would rather lean towards them.

The NE Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers made a trade this morning.

The trade was NE's 98 & 100 for TB's 76.

I posted it and thought I'd be funny and stated that I had traded those picks and Tom Brady for the Buc's pick. More than one of you thought it was a joke as did the Commissioner.

The picks are a legitimate trade.

Sorry for the confusion.

Worse, I almost traded the #100 a second time to the Commissioner when I realized the eror and he thought the original trade with TB was a joke.

lesson learned. Never make a joke about a trade until it's confirmed by the Commissioner.
