It's a Great Day for Hockey
I'm willing to represent any team that needs a GM. If you need an "emergency GM" I'm more than happy to do some homework in order to help keep this thing running smoothly.
Not sure if I'll have the time to give this my full attention... April I have some home remodeling going on so I'd rather not take lead. I'll definitely help out though!
We can make it a group effort. By the time the draft roles around, we can have a gameplan hammered out.

Well if you want to take the driver seat then you can hash that out with @DoobeeDoobeeDoo .You can have mine
This mock will start on April 4th. So we got some time before getting things hashed out.Group should definitely get it done....I forget when we're trying to do this..I have little travel ahead of me...any week now, a short trip to TN on a probate issue, and I do have a golf trip coming up next month and won't have a computer for a few days, but aside from that, I should be around.
Remodeling...DIY or contracting out?
Just finished a sunroom addition and I did a little of both...the last part will be a grilling pad this summer.

Contracting the work. Got a great deal on the house (family purchase) with .75acre lot. Only 1100 sq ft so we're lookin to almost double it. I'll probably DIY some side work (new concrete patio, backsplashing, cabinetry, etc). Just lookin to get the contractors to add square footage and remodel the kitchen. There is a back patio (covered) that just needs to be framed off. Legit setup & location.
You frame it all yourself with that sunroom? And I hear ya on the grill pad. I'll probably go stamped concrete with my new patio and build in a grill/bar combo. Had one back in the 'burgh and I can't see myself living without it now lol.

Thanks Nos....more to go yet, but most of the heavy lifting is over now.Pretty impressive ATL
Love that lot size...the house we had before this one I built on .87 acres...now...we barely have .25, but I'm fine with it.
DIY on the sunroom...no sir...the only part I did was frame out the water feature cistern, and the interior trim...we had a tiny back yard so we decided to expand the patio and cover it...initially it was going to be a open air space and maybe screen in it later...after the wife got finished with it...it was something else all together. I'm trying to upload some pics from the project.
I promise to get back on topic, but thought I would share some of my labor..lol
The bottom pic is the extended patio...I got the concrete through the company I work for and paid one of the crew to finish it on the side.
The next pic above that you see more of the grilling pad. The top pic was after day one.
We started this after Labor day and have been cash flowing it so there's no lagging debt. That has made this drag out for a while, but coming down the finish now.
The 65" TV over the fireplace will be in by the Masters, landscaping outside all those damn windows will be on me over the summer, and the grill island by football season...that will be a wrap...cost twice what I started out with but I have to admit...the wife was right...it will get a lot more use as built.
Last pic...took a little trial and error to tame the waterfall splash, but I think we finally figured it out....this is where I will be watching the Steelers this fall.
Looks amazing ATL! Great addition and a great call on making the most out of your lot. I really like the flow of the room. The fireplace & water cistern were good additions! My wife is in love with the wicker style furniture so I imagine that will be an expense in my near future. I might have to steal your window framing & flooring ideas for my remodel!
Luckily the house we bought has old 60's hardwood flooring, and it's in great shape. Before moving in I ripped up the old carpet and discovered the hardwood. Surprised to say the least! I was gettin ready to install new carpet but decided to resurface/refinish the hardwood instead! Saved me a lot of money! For the added square footage I think I'm going with carpet again (adding on the master bedroom, adding bonus room). The backyard is the real prize. Big deck & a ~200sq ft covered patio. Going to tear out the deck to get my concrete patio/bar area formed out. Probably get started on that as soon as the contractors break ground.
@Nosferatu still want me to do the Vikes?
