We should check back in a year on this. I don't think I'll win because I don't think this is the type of thing the Chiefs can win and I don't think I did as well as I wanted to but I also don't think people are seeing how risky the Niners draft actually is.

Nick Martin had a season ending injury and didn't play nearly as well after it even when healthy. Kendall Fuller also wasn't very good last year. Paxton Lynch is pretty much the definition of high risk/high reward.

I think my #1 was the Rams. Idk why you guys voted for the Eagles. I thought drafting 4 positions with like 10 picks made no sense.

A) Two corner in Philly is a serious need, all they really have is a Kid name Rowe, and for the last five years there secondary has been the reason the defense sucks

B) The league is a two back system, one ( Elliot) in the first round then a kid like Howard ( that some mocks have at highest 3round) taken in the 6th round is what they call a "steal"!

Dodd will be a stud.

Martin will get healthy. I don't think he ever got healthy in college, per se. NFL training and conditioning will help. If he gets healthy, he is an NFL starter.

I would start Lynch today, over Kaepernick or Gabbert. We'll see how he turns out.

Fuller has a pretty good pedigree. He should pan out and be a good DB, with a little bulk added.

And Vadal Alexander won't make it past the 3rd rd in the real draft, IMHO.




It would be interesting to look back in a year, but there could've been 3 or 4 teams that were interchangeable at that No. 1 spot IMO

I feel like this is negated by Dodd being picked a little too early.

"Carl Nassib from Penn State is one-year wonder also. But I think he's got similar upside, and I think you can get him later," he said. - Mayock on Dodd

Dodd was also PFF's #5 ranked most overrated prospect in this draft

I would be willing to bet his stock continues to rise as we approach the draft.


6'5", 277lbs, he is NFL ready. He has the motor and the physical traits to be a beast in the NFL.


Maybe 12 is a smidge high, but no way he gets out of the first round.

The draft is completely objective, we have no way to really know who had the best team, when we check in next year a team that didn't get a single point could have had the best draft.
