Yeah the inconsistancy around the league is a joke. They said spinning the ball was supposed to be a penalty yet they let it go every time I've seen it done. But as Cali said if he was warned and still did it again then he is an idiot and deserves no sympathy.

Barner only got 15 yds for unsportsmanlike, but didn't get tossed from the game like Norman did for the bow and arrow

I had the skins game on in the background and looked at the tv when I heard Norman had pulled on it. I laughed when I heard the penalty call thinking "for shooting a bow and arrow" was ridiculous. Reminded me of The Mighty Ducks when the kid from Texas was sent to the sin bin for "lassoing"

Norman didn't get tossed tho, it was Stated as penalty 1 that could lead to an ejection if he got another. He also waited till he got to the sideline to do it apparently and thought he was 'safe'
