Never did like the guy. Very odd, never knew what the heck he was rambling on about. His first 2 years weren't bad but clearly not worth the money.

The guy norman replaces on the bills is somebody the redskins could pick up during free agency and instantly make their team better.

Norman is too slow to play zone cb now too. Any quick twitch wr - and every team has one - will abuse his side / area of the field.

You know you’re done when the interim coach of a 3-13 football team is picking up cb’s off the street to play instead of you.

And even bigger note was the Redskins not realizing Norman couldn't turn and run so he was going to suck in man ... but they went ahead and made him richer. Or maybe and even bigger error was the coaching staff not realizing he couldn't play man and asking him to do it anyhow.

well its over now and we have a new staff . hopefully they can make things work better
