There is plenty of talent at the top of the roster. The issue is that there are too many high priced players and not enough quality depth.

Ever since Snyder has been in charge, this has been the issue with the team, yet he is too impulsive to get out of his own way.

Agree for the most part. However - for whatever reason - the talent is not consistent throughout the various positional areas. As everyone knows - the team has a quite a bit of talent at certain positions like WR, RB & LB. However - they are thin & just flat out no good at other areas like O-line & secondary.

The problem is an organizational one & if they truly want to make this work I would hope that they look at themselves and ask "What are we doing wrong?". You would think that the suspects would be poor scouting, poor player development & not retaining enough picks. Moving forward it appears they are keeping their picks but not so sure that the other areas are being addressed correctly.
