No more layoffs, no more excuses

It is pretty obvious now that for whatever reason, this team does not play well after a lay off.

Well...good news Flyers fans. Our longest break for the rest of the season will come after this Saturdays game til the Thursday game. After that we have 1 more 2-day break later on in February, followed by no more than 1 day rest the REST of the season. This also includes 4 (i think...) back to back combos.

It will be nice to watch the guys play every other day but I just hope we can stay healthy and keep rolling!

I also think we have the right coach to get the job done. Saw an interview with Bundy yesterday where he said the Flyers needed to wehather the 1st 10 minutes. I guess they did not see that one.

Great, now our Coach is a crack head. How many seasons of breaks is he counting? Every year (last year included, this year excluded) the boys go into a major slump usually late January or early February. They were very flat against the Bolts but the beat the 3-4 in the West and looked good doing it. This team is definately better the more they play.

haha ya i wonder if lavi is taking into account all breaks greater than 1-day.. it seems like any break longer than 3 and they're guaranteed to loose.. hopefully they stop this trend
