Soon they'll be the Oklahoma Stampede.
Maybe Oklahoma Tornadoes, but it will be Oklahoma something.
St Louis Chargers or San Antonio Chargers maybe

6000 short of a sellout in a 27,000 seat stadium and there were a fair amount of Seattle fans there too, you could hear Seahawks chants throughout the game.

Why are they not playing home games at the Rose Bowl?

They are struggling to fill a 27k stadium (comprised largely by opposing fans) - attempting to fill 92k stadium would be a really, really, really bad look.

Not as bad as playing in someone else's soccer stadium.

In the NFL, LA is the little guy on the block

The people there will show up to watch winning teams, not their team. The Chargers and Rams aren't teams with flash and success so the people won't show up.

We have had this debate before. I used to live in that area for a long time & there are a lot of unique circumstances in the LA area that make sustaining even one team very difficult - supporting two is a major challenge.

For starters you have lots of transplants there that support other teams. You also have the weather factor & proximity to lots of recreational & entertainment options that allow people to do other things on a weekend every week of the year - unlike just about any other area of the country. You also have to add the fact that the Lakers rule that area which makes it tough for people to dedicate their time & money to another team. I also believe that there are a fair amt of younger people who are not that big into the NFL - at least not to the pt of actually attending games.

Throw in traffic, high ticket prices & the horrible past of teams that were in the LA area & you can see how this will be a tough sell. I really have a hard time believing that the Chargers have a long term future in LA - we will see.

Mexico City? London?
The NFL might love this idea but the logistics of traveling so far seem a bit odd to me. Mexico City might be in play but London shouldnt be.

I can't imagine players would be excited to be drafted, traded or playing for these teams.

Well... ...Cleveland.

I don't think Cleveland is the badlands anymore, I think these Chargers own it now.
The front office can't make a positive addition to this roster to save themselves.
Revolving door in coaches, staff, hell the only thing for them was Eli telling them "No" a decade ago and getting stuck with Rivers.....And deep down I think he's done with their BS as well!

From a players perspective, I think most would rather go to a shit organization in Los Angeles than a shit organization in Cleveland.

Yep, too many entertainment options in LA with GREAT weather.
