Ooh, that's harsh. I've been wondering about Cain myself, it seems that all the fantasy analysts are giving him a pass and advising owners to be patient. I guess that's wise, it seems to have worked with Verlander.

I would say Cain has always been over rated in fantasy. Always had the innings and good control, but never that elite type except for one year. He's always gotten too much love from the experts...IMO.

I guess he pitched well last night. Not a lot of Ks, though.

Not his fault that the bullpen can't hold a lead or the offense can't cash in a runner at third with no outs. Cain did his job last night. Not a lot of Giants can say the same.
