Yeah, I have to agree with you. It is a shame about the kid though. Hockey is a tough sport but you hate seeing something like that happen

The province of British Columbia, the B.C. Ambulance Service and the Emergency and Health Services Commission are also named in the lawsuit.

I feel for the kid... hell, it happened in my backyard but this throwing shit at the wall in an attempt to have something stick is ridiculous.
