Good place to do it because they need a lot of help there.

When i first moved to California i stayed at one of my brothers and guess where he lived?

Yup Oakland i had my then girlfriend take a bus down and she would not get off the Oakland stop and when she did she was almost joined at the hip when i picked her up with a cop.
A few friends and I would leave A's games around the 7th inning and there is a hill or used to be one that over looked the stadium and the parking lot etc and we pound some bottles of booze and watch people scram to there cars and speed onto the freeway to get out of the area,this was late 80's early 90's when it was pretty bad there.
