Obviously the players know better than me, but I wonder if Chara has the hardest IN GAME shot. He's got everyone beat in the skills competition, but in game I think Weber is better at getting the shot off.

Kind of like in the 90's, Iafrate had the hardest shot but no way anyone was beating MacInnis in game.

I'm not terribly surprised to see an old stadium like the Joe on the list for worst boards/glass, but how is San Jose not on the list? Unless they did some renovations, I've never seen a rink with glass as fragile as HP.

If a team doesn't want a player & that player can play the game we will gladly accept that player. Nabokov is an asset now.

The problem is, in this case, that player won't accept the Isles.

I don't know exactly when the survey was conducted (couldn't find it on the link), but it seems to me that things like the Nabokov situation are what puts them at the top of that list.

The problem is the arena. Chuck has spend some dough on improvong the locker room/lounge area. They're stuck in it through the 2015 season. After that my guess is Brooklyn or Queens. The politicians & Chuck don't seem to see eye to eye in L.I..

As for Nabokov if he won't play for the Islanders he won't play period. The only way he gets to play is if the Islanders are allowed to trade him.

Glad to see Sid get voted the toughest forward to play against, start the franchise player, best role model, toughest to play against, and smartest player to go along with his biggest whiner nod. Good to see Bylsma get the most like to play for vote too...
