My way-too-complicated proposal is this:

If a contestant takes more than an hour to make his/her pick, then s/he will be moved to the last pick in that round, without disrupting the snake order for the next round. If the contestant fails to make a pick in that spot after 30 minutes, then the highest ranked fantasy player remaining will be automatically selected for him/her.

Of course, I'm also fine with the other proposals.
