Pretty nice passing play and Leivo at the business end.

Who is this team? This is the exact opposite of last night's possession heavy play. I feel like we've barely had the puck and we are half way through this game.

Wake up Habs.

Two posts hit by Flames this period (Dube and Leivo).

We look absolutely depleted.

We need some cocaine, the movie Gladiator, and Red Bull if we are going to get back into this.

Really bad scheduling - Habs probably didn't get to the hotel in Calgary until 3 am (1 hour time change) this morning and have to turn around and play. They're running on fumes.

Sabres were going to lose that game tonight regardless, but it was nice of the Pens to goon it up when leading in the 3rd by trying to take out two of our best young guys.

Also nice of the refs to not make a call on either play.

No excuses. We are a deep team, and have a taxi squad this year, so there are definitely ways to rest players knowing this was coming up. Not saying it's not a factor, but there was a way to plan for this and it appears that we did not.

I didn't see that coming.
Perry looks to be the one to make it 2-1.

Upping that trade value

:behindsofa:

With better fortune and a time machine he could have probably cost vTech a cool mil back when it was worth something

Whew, Weber came close late, but the Flames hold on for the win.

Can't be too upset with that loss. We looked slow and tired all game, which is partly understandable, but at least we fought in the 3rd and made the Flame sweat a little.
