Seeing it some more looks like shoulder may have been primary point of contact. Since he didn't touch the puck by the looks of it though the interference aspect could play in.

I agree but he had not played the puck as you said. Tough one but Bartkowski finished high and elbow kinda came up. I am betting a couple games from the press booth.
