I like the Rule 48 changes.

I guess the only thing that will continue to be debated on those hits is weather a) the head was the principle point of contact and b) weather the head was directly targeted as opposed to a head shot that appeared to be targeted as a shoulder-to-shoulder or similar.

Prob also be debate about whether guys put themselves in vulnerable positions.
