I'm hearing it will be available for PS3 September 4th I hope its cheaper then what Directv is charging its ridiculous how much they are offering it for!!!!

It has been available on PS3 for several years. Unless something has changed it will still be at a relatively high rate just like with DirecTV (at least with DirecTV you can sometimes get a deal depending upon some other factors).

I believe the current DirecTV contract with the NFL is expiring within the next year or two so there could be other options. However - remember they pay a huge fee to the NFL so regardless of the outlet it will be expensive. Even if you watch these games at a bar you are still paying higher prices for food & drinks since they have to account for their Sunday Ticket Fees (which are based on the size of the bar & are much higher than those for a residence).

You still have to be a customer of DirecTV. It just allows you download the application for free. Since I got my early renewal on Sunday Ticket, I'll be paying $180 for it.

How I got both Directv and PS3 and they won't go any lower then 224 the price thats advertised

Sounds like you need to call and bitch more. I havent paid more than $200 for the ticket in the past few years. And thats including the DirecTv anywhere option. got to have it so my boy can watch the skins while he is away at college.

Sounds about right. They have been doing something like this for the last several years. I had DirecTV forever until I moved East late last year. I currently just have cable & DirecTV has been relentless to try to get me back & this has included an offer for free NFL Sunday Ticket (no doubt they get their money back down the road).
