You are spot on. It's about parody amongst the teams. It has nothing to do with the violation itself. If the PSI is so important why aren't the Colts punished for having 3 of 4 under league requirements? Parody.

When you look back at the "spygate" scandal you quickly find it had nothing to do with the infraction. In fact it's still legal under league rules to this day.

Simply look at the punishment and you find quickly that it had to do with pulling a team that was running away from the league back closer to the pack.

The punishment regarding the Patriots draft picks was tied to how well they performed that season. The better they did, the harsher the penalty. Parody.

The Patriots have been doing something for multiple decades now that the NFL tried to get rid of, and that's consistently winning.

actually so much of whatss going has to do with the pats denying things, now backing, off,

the falcons admitted fault IMMEDIATELY, and the public said" ok the fessed up" just like pats fans, and the owndership, ints constant denial and excuses, THATS whats wrong
