I guess it's sort of obvious, but if a guy has 3x 1st all pro and a guy is 3x 2nd team I don't see how they should be worth the same...

While I agree to an extent, without a stipulation I think it's best we go with it being all pro is all pro no matter which team... They are the best of the best after all...
