To be fair he used the word "retard" which was aimed specifically towards one person and NOT a group and they cut him for being insensitive and unapologetic. IF that is the basis upon which NFL owners operate, I wonder what they must then be compelled to do about an organization that uses another "R" word without being apologetic or sensitive towards an entire group of people.
