I hope this is true. He won butkus at Colorado. Gutted the program and now leaving since his son is graduating. I called this departure when he was hired at the time.

Dan hired Mike & Kyle Shanahan, Sean McVay, Matt LaFleur and KOC and it helped nothing in Washington. I would think Jerrah will make similar mistakes with whoever he hires.

Good point. Thing is Dan always wanted to draft the players. Dallas drafts really well. They just need a quality coach.

Jerry wants that spotlight. He actually has the infrastructure in place to win. He doesn't have a Bruce Allen running things. Cowboys draft better than most. If he would just hire a top notch coach and not a "yes man" or a retread.
