Jerrah is a good business man. They have drafted well especially since Steve Jones has been more involved. I don't think it will change now but Jerrah meddling with the coaches etc. is the problem.

I wondered about Zimmer when he was hired. He was a good DC in Cincinnati but except for a year or two when Minnesota hired him his defenses were bad. Trending that way in Dallas now.

I’ve always thought it was Jerrah as the GM with his ego that’s been the greatest problem for the Boys.

Also, personally think its VP of Player personnel, Will McClay that gets the biggest credit for Boys drafting well. He’s got a track record of being able to scout talent.

Steve, not so much, maybe with crunching the cap numbers, but look where that’s at. I dunno really, cuz I really haven’t followed Steve news other than hearing most think Jerrahs daughter would be a better heir for the team.

i knew he was a ticking timebomb from the way he treated coaches in the organization starting with landry, jj,swiitzer and norv turner.you don,t treat people like shit without it coming back hard on you.

Eagles fans have always been the worst in my book personally. Little bro syndrome for 50+ years and never could haul in the big one. But remained mouthy at all times about nothing. I at least had respect for Dallas and their teams pre 2000s
