New Uniforms

The Tigers have slightly changed their uniforms for 2018. Now the Old English D that is on the hat will be the same one worn on their home uniforms. This is a long-overdue and major upgrade. Also the Old English D cap logo will be slightly larger now, more like other teams. Also a major upgrade. Win-win!

WHY is it a MAJOR upgrade? Why is their a need to fiddle with one of the iconic symbols in baseball?
