Again this is not news. There are 10 + teams that would jump at the chance to get into a bidding war for Kirk Cousins. That is why it would be completely idiotic to let him go, he is a valuable commodity.

Wrong... A team isnt going to trade for him unless he agrees to a long term deal. Kirk decides where he wants to go, thus the trade compensation does not get any better because if they try and trade him to the Browns, he will simply play the year out on the tag.

I know you hope he goes some place and totally fails because it would justify your position. But I dont think he is that stupid. If KC goes to the Browns and we get fair draft compensation it proves that you were wrong about this whole situation. love/hate has nothing to do with it. Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that you are basically maintaining that you don't care who replaces Cousins if he is traded. You are fine if they have a mediocre or worse QB even for the next 5 years - correct? As long as Cousins doesn't get big money all is fine by you. Fine - again if this occurs you have absolutely no right to bitch about this team if they have a losing record. You are begging for them to dump Cousins so that you can acquire some Cerrato like draft picks that keep the Redskins on the front page (for all of the wrong reasons).
