I do too. Remember how many times we have complained the last few years about them no getting the little things done. It is a mindset and this can help situations in regular season if players buy into it. for trying something different because it was broke and it did need fixing.

Agreed. A lot of boring drills in the past and players looked bored. Love this kind of stuff.

I think its awesome! Baseball is supposed to be fun, when you have fun playing you tend to play better and enjoy playing the game. When you have a dickhead coach or the fun is gone or goes away it takes a toll on you mentally and over time can hurt your play.
