Pretty much like a clean version of the leaked uniforms. In general, it's a very good upgrade because they got rid of all the unnecessary style elements that looked old. No more white side panels on the black jerseys. No more orange shoulder area on the white jerseys. Simple uniforms.... Good change.

Twitter is funny.... Bunch of people complaining that the uniform didn't change at all. The problem is that if you get really exotic, you end up with crap like the Jacksonville uniform change where they had two-toned helmets. Nobody really wants anything to be too innovative.

Agree.

Nike kind of learns what works and what doesn't...but then they do what they did the the Falcons jerseys. Simple is better.

They're fine. Are they a drastic change? No. Are the better? Maybe?

For me, it doesn't do a whole lot, but I'm not really a big uniform guy. The players seem to really like them, and those who get into collecting these things say they are nice...so, overall reaction to those who may "matter" seems to be positive.

Win games and no one cares what you wear.

They look very clean and more natural to me. I love all the combos, and the removal of all the color patch areas that was all over the uniform. It looked like they had iron on patches on the uniform before. I think it is very sharp. I really like them the more I look at them. I wasn't blown away when I saw the leak weeks ago, but those were just jersey tops without the pants and no one modeling them. I really like the change. The guys on Good Morning Football love them too.

They definitely look cleaner and more streamlined - I'll give it that. Maybe once I actually see them on TV I'll have a better opinion.

I really like them. Basically took the 80’s/90’s look and modernized it. Single color palates. And no mismatched side panels, drop shadows or shoulder boards. Cleaner and simpler. Allows the iconic helmet to really pop.

My only complaint is the pants. I don’t care for the different colored stripes on the black and white pants. Makes it so certain pants only match certain jerseys.

Side by side you can really see the cleanness of the cut and design. Much more streamlined looking. Sharper image with the blocking smaller around the numbers and the stripes.

I agree that less is definitely more here.... Hard to believe, the uniforms we are replacing are 17 years old. A lot of design elements that might have been interesting at that point in time are naturally different now. I always laugh when I see how big everyone's pads were back then.... That will impact how things look on a uniform.

I will say that I think the orange with the alternate oranged striped pants - The ones from all the Jesse Bates pictures look really sharp. They almost look like they should be our default home look (but will likely only appear once per year). I would then favor the all white with very little orange for the road look (like those on the Hubbard mannequin above).

I think they need to watermark pictures of the other teams wives onto our uniforms, specifically Pitts, Baltimore, and CLE.

and we need to stain the helmets with the blood of Mike Brown, or any of the living ancestors of the late great Paul Brown.

and the face mask needs to contain the bones of the injured players who came before them.
