Meh... I like the data on the Italian diesel you can get in it. Doesn't look that different to me?

is that one the Grand Cherokee? ^

from the article, it looks like they are bringing back the regular old Cherokee as a cross-over, and i think it said it will be replacing the Liberty (<---good, fucking ugly)

You guys are mixing up Cherokee and Grand Cherokee.

Glad the Liberty is gone. The new Cherokee is a tough one to accept, though...

Heard they ran a Cherokee on the Moab. I'm sure it wasn't one of the tougher trails but still.

Looks weak. I think the 06-13 model Grand Cherokees looked great. No need for the tweak. but I will never buy a Jeep again. POS.

^^^^ Yeah, I was just saying it doesn't look that different from the Grand Cherokee. BUT, this thread happened before I saw one on the road.

You can see how this shit gets designed on a monitor or on paper and it looks good. Like this pic looks pretty tough. But in person, the new Cherokee looks like a little turdmobile.

Is the new Cherokee or Grand Cherokee worth it? I am not really in the market but I figure my next vehicle I should get an SVU instead of a car

I have a 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland. While it's certainly very nice, at heart I am a car guy who had to buy an SUV bc I want to buy a boat eventually. I was also considering a BMW X5. So far I am pretty happy with my decision.

I have the hemi, and it get's pretty butt milage. If you're getting the v6 version of the GC, I'd consider the normal Cherokee.

Crappy on mileage? Granted I probably should still continue with a car since they are less expensive in the long run, better gas mileage and I still need to buy a house

Again, I have the v8...not sure if that's what you were looking to get or not. I get ~17mpg around town, maybe 21 on roadtrips. I am also dealing with DC traffic fwiw

I would obviously want the V8 since its a guy thing but I don't need that, I would want the 4x4 obviously
