I rather this be more of the usual. No 2 QB. More or less a reverse suicide league.
Remember there is no bench... if there is only one QB, we might as well just nix it and just do RBs and WRs...

Guess I'd have to check out the back up QBs picked in suicide, but off hand I'd have to disagree.
Rather stick to SportsHoopla as a base, not some fantasy site. Not sure why to say that the better players not to be taken. With a 8 teams the best players should not be taken. That should be a given. Judging the lesser players should be where this is won or lose..Lets assume we get only 8 owners...
What i was thinking is to take the top 16 QBs according to a fantasy site, and only those 16 QBs can be taken... Maybe take the top 20 instead... What we don't want in this draft is for the better players NOT to be taken... There is no purpose of this if we are drafting a whole team of backups...

It's like fantasy golf.
So you win...for losing?
Thanks for the mention, Milk, but I'm not interested.
I may be on the losing end of leagues that I'm trying to win.
If you do go through with this, at least adjust the rules to make it a little more interesting.
Perhaps, bump up fumble and interception numbers to -4. Make the QB lose points for incomplete passes. No gains, or losses on rushing attempts should be negative bonuses (if possible). Just spit-ballin'. Really highlight mistakes. Loss of points for penalties (again, if possible).
I don't understand why you would want to increase the turnover points... crazy scoring means nothing for a draft and forget league...
Is number of Turnovers really that much better indicator of badness than lack of yards??
Actually, yes it is.
I don't think we should alter scoring, but lack of yards could be a reflection of role in the offense. High TOs are more likely caused by poor decisions
Even lower points for.just wondering if there would be any reason to alter scoring...
Even lower points for.
Isn't that the objective of this format? Fewest points?
