do you still like the thing.
anything you would do different
So far so good. I've only driven it a couple of times myself but the wife still seems to be loving it. An odd positive I've noticed is that it might be the easiest car to park in the history of cars, I was impressed with how easy it was to squeeze in to a spot in a parking garage when we went shopping yesterday. Pretty decent gas mileage too, it's averaging around 28-30 or so mpg.

Buick has a wagon coming out next year that I am interested in, I love wagons always have, if VW still made the Passat Wagen in the US I would have bought that over my current 2014 Avalon

They are neat little buggers.

I was in the same boat but I bout a 2008 Lucerne with everything but a moonroof. Fucking love the car.
One of my cars is a 2008 Lucerne CXS.It is a 4 holer. NorthStar V8, magnetronic suspension, 18 inch wheels and C5 brakes. Hell of a sleeper, looks good, above average performance and handling with zero repairs.Plus JD Powers rated it the best large car in reliability for years.

Have driven the CNM track in it.

Yup... Buy Buick = You're Old.
Yeah one of my friend's wife thought the same about my CXS until I showed her it could kick their Infiniti's azz.

Plus if you ever buy a used Buick they are typically better maintained and not as abused as other brands.

but we do. Wife was wanting some sort of small SUV and after driving several different ones (Juke, Rogue, Patriot, Captiva), she decided on a 2014 Buick Encore with like 25,000 mi. and, I must say, I'm pretty impressed with it so far. Damn thing has just every option you could want besides a sunroof and is averaging 30 mpg, which is about 5 mpg better than her Sonata was getting. Works out pretty good with her driving 50 miles each way to work and back everyday.

I've been considering "downsizing" from my Acura MDX to something with a lot better gas mileage. With SHAWD - I get maybe 14 in the city and if shit is right, 20 on the road - 2012 model. Averaging 30, would be amazing, but then again the MDX has given me zero issues.

I'll add the Buick SUV line to my research pool...

Get a Grand Cherokee. 30+mpg on the highway and 23+ around town.

I couldn't believe it either. My GL Mercedes is about the same size and the same listed horsepower and gets maybe 24mpg and 19 in the city.

The GC gets some great mileage for a 300hp V6 that goes pretty good.

That said, I'm only getting 14.4 MPG from the 4Runner that I replaced it with. . .

That's all "city," though. I'm rarely on the highway.

I was in an Enclave last week and was impressed with it.

We're going to look at one when it's time for the next car.

Fuckin' Buick.

Getting old is a mean bitch.

Update: We doubled down on the old and got a. . . minivan. Pimped out Honda Odyssey. Mrs Redfoot drives it, but she and I both love it. Really nice.

As previously mentioned, I dumped the Cherokee Trailhawk for a 4Runner.

Holy shit, yes it is.

That's for a Grand Cherokee?

Yeah, they were on sale. The deal had a huge lot full of them and was busy as fuck. So, the dude said "just go pick one out." So, I looked for one with a tow kit, moonroof, leather, etc and tried to find the highest MSRP on the window. I picked one and they wrote it up.

This was in April I think. They do dances to unload the previous year models around spring break. Now, if I wanna buy it after the lease is up, it's only like $23k. Looks like thissy here:
