On a normal basis they would make 4 of those 13 they took in the first half......regardless of whether a hand is in their face or not.

My hopes are that Webster can come right in and take over that presence that Talley has had for this team in the past month. If we don't have "that" guy on our team next season, we are going to struggle mightily.

Benny Parker just isn't a scoring threat, and it's too easy for teams to key on Gallegos as soon as they found out he can shoot the ball if you leave him open.

Shields has been great this season..........but he is going to need to take a huge step forward as well.

Shields and Rivers will be responsible for getting most of our rebounds next season.

Minnesota upset #1 Indiana tonight.

I was figuring that home game to be NU's best chance at another win, but I have my doubts now..

Minnesota has the #1 SOS in the country. They are damn good to have the record that they do right now.

It makes sense though.....they have one of the best coaches in the country and he was able to recruit top 100 guys. Now they're loaded with bluechip talent.

If Minnesota ends up in the Elite 8 it would not surprise me one bit. Hell, if they won the whole thing I wouldn't be surprised........they have just as much talent on the floor as any team in the BIG.

They were ranked in the top 10 for a while there mid way through the season. Had a brutal stretch of games though that resulted in some losses.
