Nebraska with Ohio State's offense would = Ohio State's team...........Ohio State is #2 ranked overall defense in the country.........yet it is obvious that they are not the best in the country.

Their offense is ok, but not great.

Which is exactly what we need.... a offense that will be OK every year... one that can control the clock... one that can at times air it out.. but not one that relies on the pass...





Last i checked.... Ohio State has been in a bcs game every year for a long ass time..... last time we were in a bcs game....was a long ass time ago.....




There no reason why we couldnt recruit the same type players ohio state does on offense.... we are never gonna be able to recruit receivers like arky..

Ohio State has been the top team in the Big 10 simply because the Big 10 has been shitty, and Ohio State has had the best defense BY FAR in that conference without a doubt.

Their offense is not good enough to win national championships right now.......only good enough to have 1-loss seasons. You have to be able to make big play after big play in order to win championships, and Terrelle Pryor handicaps that team because of his inability to do so.

Though he thinks his shit don't stink, he isn't nearly as good as he would like to believe.

Offense doesnt win national titles.... Defense and some luck do...

Oregon may pull a reversal this year and when a national title inspite of their defense.....

its much easier to win inspite of your offense...





First comes holding onto the ball... no doubt in my mind that if you cut our fumbles in half... you cut our losses by atleast half...

I can agree with this for the most part..........Ohio State back in 2002 or whatever year that was, that was luck when they won.

However, you look back to Nebraska winning in Tommie Frazier's Senior season............no luck involved in that one baby

+1 on this. I wanted Green to start from day 1 this year. This kid could be good if given a chance.

In the rare opportunities he has, Nebraska is usually at the 1 or its been so long since he has played he is too hyper.

Yes, but as some point that excuse gets old..........he has had plenty of experience coming into games. At some point it just comes down to mechanics.............if nerves are still getting to Green at this point, then he will never be any good.

Cody Green needs to take this offseason to improve on his passing mechanics.........that is my opinion. I believe if he does this, he can be our QB next season. If he does not do this, he will continue to throw the football like a damn wild Indian.
