Ameer said that this whole week he could sense the team was taking things too lightly.

He promised it won't happen again, and I believe him. I don't think we approached this game the right way.

I think that was a huge part of it. Think about what has happened this week. Everyone going nuts about our fantastic offense, coaches essentially saying "we're gonna rest Gregory 'cause we don't need him this week", etc. It's easy to see how they would not prepare for the game as much as they needed to. Not saying that's right, or that it is acceptable at all, but I can easily see how that could have happened.
