I think they are playcalling to protect Martinez - eff that shit and put in a guy that can run and pass.

Looks like the same plays they have been calling all season.

And Martinez refuses to run and scramble for a first down. Chicken shit play as opposed to last week when the offense looks more fluid except for the final series when twice guys didn't block.

I watched my first Nebraska game in 1978.

This is the worst Husker team I have ever seen. I can't think of any aspect of this team that is anything more than mediocre. Not one.

my first game was in 1970 with Bob at the helm --- it was a well oiled team then with true leadership and control

I flipped over twice to the Purdue/Nebraska game and saw 3 plays total.
Nebraska needs to work on the simple things like tackling. Purdue broke about a dozen tackles on just the 3 plays I watched.

Nebraska needs to work on the simple things like tackling. Purdue broke about a dozen tackles on just the 3 plays I watched.

Considering how important a bowl game is, McCaffery should have traveled with the team today. This game is a must win game. Also, Martinez is not the best QB presently with his terrible passes, and his terrible decision making. I'm not seeing any urgency by Frost at how important a win would be today.
